Approach
The most successful endeavors are marked not by individual heroics, but by synergy. At Durrani, we have a deep understanding that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts: this is why we approach each client as a creative partner, and our first step is to learn as much as possible about them. Only then- armed with the knowledge of their goals, their beliefs, their personality- do we immerse ourselves in the subject matter, researching ideas and mapping out the competition.
Execution
Beyond the theory, how do we actually go about doing this?
Through a series of progressively more fine-tuned meetings with our Partner-Clients, we develop a detailed analysis of the challenges, and then present our solutions in the form of 'comps', storyboards, timelines, and sitemaps, tailored to the project's medium. Our presentations to the Partners are refined into two or three strong possible scenarios, to avoid aesthetic overload.
Delivery
Perhaps the most programmatic step in our whole process, 'Delivery' takes place after the Partner-Clients revisions to our initial presentation. It is the final moment in the chain from concept to reality; we 'send to press' or 'launch the site', depending on the particulars of the project.
For Web projects, this is really just the beginning: after we make the site live, we move into 'post-launch support', maintaining the site, while carefully monitoring its statistics and tuning the search engine optimization.
